Joyce Carthew: I now have created two blog sites Dreams do come true joyce-carthew.blogspot.com and cakermaker.blogspot.com I am tracking my days until we move to Kansas. The cake site is because I am in the process of learning all I can about making cakes. I love to see the smiles on the faces of the people that receives my finished cakes. The sad thing is most the time I never get to eat it. Sometimes I have to go home and make myself a cake because the smell of cake in the house makes me hungry, I will take half of the cake to the neighbor across the street to help eat it.
